We have done work for a wide range of customers in York and across Yorkshire including both domestic and commercial clients, and currently work in some of York’s famous and historic buildings and others.
The works we carry out include general day to day response maintenance, planned maintenance, gas servicing, landlords certificates, full heating installations, and bathroom refurbishments.
Underfloor Heating
We have been involved in a number of wet system underfloor heating jobs, from full house installations to conservatory extensions where customers have wanted an alternative heat source to traditional radiators. We are also on the approved installer list for Nu-Heat underfloor systems.
We are also able to offer lead works
Some of the leadwork services we offer are:
- Chimney flashing, front and back aprons
- Dormer and bay windows
- Flat and pitched roof coverings
- Linings to parapets and valley gutters
All our lead work is carried out to LSA guidelines
